So I have a 2021 GT. I live in Seattle with lots of rain and occasional snow and ice. I’ve appreciated the stock All Seasons that the GT came with. They feel like they’ve been good to me.
Sadly they are at end of life. I hit a screw in the sidewall of one and the tire place says it can’t be patched. They said my tread is too low to replace a single tire so I’m going to get a new set.
Until this car I’ve never gave much a damn about what tires I buy. Cheapest all seasons usually. But this car is special and I want to treat it right. I’ve read some convincing things about buying EV tires rather than ordinary tires for range. Any opinions?
These are the ones I’m looking at getting and wonder if anyone has thoughts on them. https://www.lesschwab.com/tires/ion...3&prefmax4=500&source=tireVehicleFlow&start=2
Edit: I ended up with Pirellis. Look at my last post to see how I made the decision.
