Try using some WD-40 or something similar in the charge port to clean it properly. It is supposed to be greased, otherwise there is a fault between or within the charge port and the onbord charge. Since the emergency charger does not work it means it is not a cable or evse fault.
Uhhh don’t do that. Don’t put an extremely flammable product in your electrical port. ⚡?

That is caused by a bad EVSE, or possible you have a damaged pin in your charge port that isn't making contact. Try cleaning your charge port with compressed air and inspecting the pins carefully.
I would say about the same PSI setting as a pc motherboard? Wondering about dialectic grease but then it is sticky and may collect dust? Little dab will do you?

Assume this is something our service is maintaining if required?

Check what you plug into your car before you plug it in. DCFC are not all well maintained and cleaned. Makes sense to check to avoid putting yourself into a back condition. Even your homes once and a while.

Does it appear to others that this AC charging bug is more prevalent after recent updates?

So now I've cleaned the pins really clean. Problem still exists. If someone has an idea with FDRS, I can try this too. Because I have a license.

*Update*
I got a call from my car dealer today. The AC charger appears to be broken. Unfortunately, Ford does not have a delivery date for the spare part. Luckily I can charge the vehicle via DC charging stations.

Just today I got this error and the same problem.
I can't charge in AC, and I can charge in DC.

I have tried two different AC chargers and both give me the same error.

I have not seen that one yet. Does that "station" off to the left of the message cutting the border appear on the IPC? Blocked out station and broken with same smaller font? Looks glitchy. Ford is now coloring out of the box ;)

Think I would check a few chargers. Message says it is the charger? It would be good if you know someone with an EV have theirs charge and yours not. There are not that many EV's up here yet but we have a few public L2 chargers. Maybe find one that someone is using and try that one after?

Thank you!
I have already used 3 different L2 chargers, checking that they were working before, on all 3 the error is the same. Seems to rule out it being the charger. Seems more some of these problems:

  • Failure in the SOBDM: The battery control module could be defective, preventing proper detection of AC voltage or the closing of switch S2.
  • Communication circuit issues: There may be a problem with the wiring, connectors, or communication between the external charger and the SOBDM.
  • Vehicle software: An error in the vehicle software could be blocking AC charging or causing communication issues.
  • On-board charger (OBC): Although less likely, the OBC could have a specific issue with AC charging.

I have an appointment next Monday at the dealership, I hope to get out of doubts, and I say “hope” because every time I visit the dealership I get some "surprises" and they take a long time to make accurate diagnoses.

On-board AC charger may have failed. Or you have a problem with the charge port.

I don't think it's the charging port because in DC it charges well.
Wouldn't a problem in the charging port affect the 2 charging modes?

Did not answer my question is that "station" in your pic displayed on the IPC?

You have DCFC just not L2. Bummer workaround. Two different systems and connections so it is possible one is working and one does not. Good to have workarounds, redundance. Hope for a speedy recovery.

You’re right; I didn’t answer your question—sorry about that!
The answer is NO; that “station” word is there because the screenshot is a picture translated by google from Spanish to English. Here’s the source:
