We're just letting you know that you'll get more complaints on a forum and it isn't a reflection of actual usage, so that's why you had the impression that people disliked the car.

I think I can clear this up for you.

You see, he doesn't like it when people complain about a car. He does however, condone complaining about people. ??

I see it as this on most forums. I usually don't go to visit my Dentist and say everything is fine but rather to say what is wrong.

A forum is similar in fashion. If there is something wrong with my car, I will do a search to find out if others had the same issue. If you have had no issue with said car that is great, it is however useless information for the most part.

It’s a great car, but it’s not without issues. I have loved my 2021 Select AWD SR for the over a year I had it, but in that time I had a HVJB failure, and the glass recall. So in 14 months, the car was in the shop for well over a month. My 21 GTPE I love, but I have had a suspension fault (1 day in shop for reprogramming), a HVJB failure (I think three weeks in shop) and a sensor in the rear motor went bad, the entire rear motor had to be removed, repaired and reinstalled (a few days in shop). I’ve had the car for less than a year, and am close to having had it in the shop for a month in that time. Lots of folks have had issues with the MME, it looks like they are getting more reliable though. They are not problem free as a whole.

People rarely come to forums to praise products, they come looking for help with issues, so any content will be very skewed towards people with issues. It's best to not treat what you encounter on forums or social media as real life.

Exactly. I would not want to be part of a circle-jerk-forum with nothing but praise. Social media platforms like these are for voicing your opinions, issues etc

I’m sorry for everyone that have had problems, BUT, I have not had any problems with my 2022 Premium.

I can tell you that I’m glad that the MME is STILL on the road!

All good here in texas 22 std rwd 70kwh sparkee 21k on the ticker no issues. Just wish ford would quit updating?‍

Kick to open tailgate not on 2022s

My AWD EXT July 22 has the kick operated boot as standard but maybe this is a UK feature?

Perhaps. Silly there isn't parity between different countries, but as far as I know only the '21s in the US have kick to own.

I agree- it’s a shame as I am sure that the US owners would find it a useful feature - I certainly do.

They removed it halfway through 22, unfortunately I don’t think they credited anyone for it like they did for parking removal which was a nice gesture at the time. I’m not sure if they started adding it back yet or not, my 23 doesn’t have it.

Wow I bought in the nick of time then - don't miss the self parking feature. I had this on my Kuga and it never functioned properly. I relied then and still do on mirrors and the rear facing reversing camera which is fantastic
