The complaint is that the communication doesn't say anything and brings up more questions than answers. I got the same email and have a 12.27.21 order for a AWD ER Premium. Why say "a change in your order" but the email doesn't call out any specific change? It'd be nice to hear we hope to schedule your order in the next 1-3 months or here's what is changing instead of that vague email late on a Friday night.I received one. Ordered 10/19/21. Premium AWD standard battery. It sounds like everyone got the email. At least Ford is attempting to communicate and let me know my order still exists. I love the people who have spent months complaining about ford not communicating and now will complain about ford communicating!
I bought a canceled order last month so am no longer impatient.
Good luck to all that are still waiting to be scheduled, all those in production and all those on chip holds. It’s going to be a long rest of the MY.
