It’s here! And my stable is now complete. Ordered 8/27, arrived at the dealer a few days ago. CA RT 1, RWD. Finally got to learn what the most updated OS looks like too. The rapid red CA RT 1 joins our Infinite blue select. Quick question for everyone. Is there a way to turn of the Alexa feature? The little blue circle at the top of the screen is annoying.

I just got mine and I dislike the Alexa bloat too, but I haven't disabled it yet. Not sure it can be uninstalled. The Ford website says, "To disable Alexa Built-in, go to your in-vehicle Connectivity Settings."

Yup, I have not bought gas since May of 2021. It’s great! EV life, as long as you know your limitations and expectations, is very cool. It’s also nice to have a Mom (and a Son) with an ICE car available “just in case you need it”. Of course they never “need an EV”……..

We will probably get her with a OTA update. I don't want that update. Deleting Alexa will be a top priority when it happens to me.

It's a 2022 thing. Haven't gotten that update in older cars yet.

I just went to disable Alexa. There's no way to uninstall it that I could find. I also couldn't find a "disable" option, which may only show up after it's been enabled. :/

I just put a white dot sticker there in the morning and a black dot sticker there in the evening. gets rid of the bubble just fine... I am running out of stickers though.


Just kidding, it sucks and I hate it too.
