Any way to trigger the active shutters open?

I recently had to have them replaced (along with the front radar sensor and the condenser coil behind them) due to road debris damage and ever since, thet seem to be "stuck" in a not-quite-closed position.

I'll take it back into the shop to diagnose.

If you had led with that detail, we would have been able to tell you they weren't working from the beginning. ?

because you said they were stuck in a not so closed position. They are always closed when the vehicle is off, if not, something is wrong.

Sure enough, they weren’t properly plugged in so not all pins were connecting (or something to that effect)

is working fine now.

Thanks for coming back and confirming. Too many of these threads die with no resolution and then someone years from now can't find an answer that might be useful.
