App Drawer issue???

Has anyone else experienced the following issue...? Whenever I select the app drawer (small mach e in top left hand corner) I dont get tabs to select "Controls" or "Settings". See the photos below, when I click the icon I get the left picture, everyone else gets the right picture. Its as if the tabs are collapsed or something. I had the vehicle in today for 15 module updates and still no luck. I picked up this Mach E used with 15000kms on it and the tabs have never been available since i've owned it. This means there is no way to select drive modes or one pedal mode ?

Maybe I’m bad at spot the difference puzzles, but I don’t see what’s different or what you are missing?
EDIT: Nevermind I see now. Have you done a Master Reset?

So, I think the drive mode screen is an "app" in sync. It looks like something happened and that app didn't get loaded properly at the factory or an update that didn't complete properly.

A dealer should be able to re-flash the APIM with the right software and hopefully get that back.

EDIT: Nevermind I see now. Have you done a Master Reset?

Yes master reset has been completed. No change

When I did a master reset on my job 1 due to a failed OTA, I now have a backup camera view that is like looking through a peek hole, I am stuck in Engage mode due to the fact that when I open the vehicle drawer there is no longer along the top the " control" or "settings" option

Finally found an owner with the same issue! How do you even know you are in engage mode?

Did you ever get this resolved/fixed? I just bought my 2021 Mache e used with 16000 miles on it and have the exact same issue.
