I'm having an issue with the charging screen, and charging history, in my Ford app on my phone.
Yesterday I plugged into a public level 2 charger and instead of receiving the usual charging details I just saw -- in every field. I shrugged it off as a bug because the car itself told me it was charging fine.
That evening my partner plugged the car into the level 1 charger at our house and when I checked the app when I woke up this morning it again showed -- in all fields. However when I got home from the gym and plugged it in again it started to show yesterday's location as if it had been continuously charging there overnight.
I tried taking it to another charger (about 20km from home) and again it shows last night's location with over 100kWh of charge added (which is of course impossible).
I've tried clearing the app cache in Android, to no avail, and restarting my phone by it the problem continues. I'm now wondering if the problem is on Ford's end (since I believe they do system maintenance on Sundays) or if I need to pull a fuse / disconnect the negative battery cable to reset things.
Edit: No charging sessions are appearing in my charge history anymore either
