App Window Controls Gone

I don’t know if this was already brought up already, but I noticed today that the app no longer has the window controls. Not sure when it disappeared, but weird that @Ford Motor Company would remove it from the app.

Is it just a glitch on my end or is just the same for others?

Any chance you just got ECG-24.2.4.10 OTA? There is another thread about this and I’m wondering if it’s a buggy OTA. I would try each of phone restart, app re-download, and then 12v reset to see if any of those fix it.

I tapped on controls myself and it prompts me to set up PAAK. Is it possible your PAAK is not installed anymore, what do you see when you tap on "controls"

FYI< I've never set up PAAK on this mach e.

I may have gotten that update. I’ll try restarting my phone. Im not going to re-download and do a 12v reset. I don’t need that option that badly lol

PAAK is still working fine for me. When I tap controls I just see the buttons for the frunk and trunk

Hard reboot your phone, clear the cache, etc. it’s not a change to the app.

That is really odd, I thought PAAK only did totally unpredictable, unreliable, unrepairable things on Tuesdays!

I also got the ECG update and window control is gone in Ford Pass. Not gonna worry about it for now.

They are still there for me. But I haven’t had any OT updates since June.

Same, except FordPass tells me my last OTA update was in November (it’s wrong; I got OTAs in March and May). ?‍?
