Are Navigation and BlueCruise Getting Worse?

I just noticed the dash navigation being weird yesterday while using Apple maps.

Instead of saying the turn/exit all it was saying was the distance, which was accurate, and something along the lines of "Intersection ahead" (wasn't quite that). It didn't say which direction the turn was or anything.

Never saw it do that before until I was using the navigation yesterday.

I've also noticed HFBC dropping in and out a lot more in the past two weeks going along a major highway that I could normally be hands free the entire trip. Now I'm having to grab the wheel 5+ times each way.

I think since there's a large number of reports and threads regarding this behavior from people who use both android and apple products, the issue must be with Ford. They must have changed something recently that boinked the navigation.

As a major safety issue this should be reported to Ford.

I got the 0km in the IPC nav display yesterday. That's the first time I have noticed it. I was using Waze via Android Auto.

Have been getting the KM box repeatedly while using Waze with Android Auto for the last couple of weeks. Waze on the big screen is showing correct directions, but the KM box is on the small screen. And the correct directions are not reflected on the small screen as before. It only resets if you switch to Ford Navigation. And it is intermittent behavior, sometimes happening, sometimes not!

I think since there's a large number of reports and threads regarding this behavior from people who use both android and apple products, the issue must be with Ford. They must have changed something recently that boinked the navigation.

Threads like this make me glad I have no BC roads on the island. Hands-On (ACC) doesn't do this stuff, or if it does, I've already corrected for it anyway.
