What car carrier/transportation trucking company is used to deliver the MME to the Atlanta dealerships? I don’t think it’s United Road because there’s no tracking info there for various Atlanta VINs.

I do all my software updates myself.

There is a very detailed thread about how to update the software on this forum. It takes some special equipment and a license from ford. Search for fdrs and you should find the thread.

Is your MME stuck at like 1.7.xx? I'm not an expert on these but unless it's stuck at 1.7.xx, I don't think any dealer can push an update until the Ford central system says it's ready for your MME to receive it. I had mine at a dealer for 3 weeks and no update never happened. I brought it home and parked in the garage with wifi and it went from like 2.4.1 to 2.8.3 in about 36 hours. I got the alert that BlueCruise was ready a few days later. If it is stuck, dealer can help but otherwise, good wifi and patience is my only advice. I was very angry with my dealer's tech for not pushing updates but I now don't think they can unless it's stuck.

I had mine completed by Angela Krause Ford - Roswell, GA back in March. However, they have a 10 to 12 week wait for a loaner.

Sorry for the delay, It was with them over the weekend for 4 days. I dropped it off late Thursday and they worked on it Friday and Monday. I didn't realize the lead Electrician (Mach E Tech) is off on the weekends. So to be fair it was actually 2 days of work.
