I hit some small wild pigs almost two months ago. It took me weeks to get an appointment at the Ford dealerships body shop, then they've had the car for a month and they still don't have at least one of the parts which is backordered with no date of potential shipping. It's totally unacceptable for a company to sell cars that they don't have the parts to repair in stock.
Not having your new car, that you've owned for less than a year, out of service for a coming on 2 months is ridiculous. The crappy little Enterprise Rent-A-Car that my insurance company paid for had to be returned today because they only pay for 30 days. And that was obviously an ice car, not an electric vehicle.
Very disappointed in Ford. Unless it gets resolved quickly, Ford is about to lose a customer who has
owned a F450, F350, F150, two Expeditions and two F53 based Motorhomes.
