Backup camera no image

I am having intermittent problems with my cameras. The image below is what I see when I put it in reverse.

When this happens, the front camera cannot be selected from the console’s camera button. It was at the dealership for 2 days for numerous software updates, but still has this intermittent issue.

I'm also having backup and front camera issue since 8/19/24. The front camera would not show up when I tap the icon on the screen and I get a message about contacting the dealership when I put it in reverse.
It was at the dealership for a week but got it back without a fix since they have another MachE sitting there for a month with the same problem because it's taking a while for Ford to get back to them.

It's just way too easy to add a vehicle to the list of "waiting for Ford to get back with us"
A very tempting scapegoat clause, in my opinion.

Not necessarily giving Ford a pass, but I really wonder if Ford even knows that all these cars are sitting parked because someone is waiting on them to call.

What is the reason for the 14,000 page factory service manual?

That's true, it's easy to use the "we're waiting on them to get back to us".
I feel bad for the person who has their car there for a MONTH.

Hoping this can be fixed soon.

I am still having intermittent camera problems after 2nd trip to dealer. The IMPA and CMR module updates didn't resolve the issue. Is anyone else having this problem?

The dealer and I cannot figure out how to replicate the issue. Ford says they can help the dealer diagnose it, but only when the problem is occurring. The camera fault codes do show up on the logs.
