Backup Camera issue after CSP 21P22 update

Well… This is kind of reassuring
But, I’m positive that band at the bottom was not present when I got my car.
The service advisor did confirm I wasn’t the first person to notice it after the calibration update.
I’d be curious to know if someone has that issue and still hasn’t received the update.

Wish I had seen this thread before I had mine updated on Monday so I could have confirmed that it's a new view because I have that sliver of car on both the rear and front. I never noticed it before but then I didn't have this thread pointing it out so it could have been there all along.

Oh my wife’s car has not been updated. I’ll try to remember to check it on Thursday. Or, surely someone else on the forum has not had the CSP done yet. And perhaps they will check before I get to it.

Looking through some of my old pictures, I can confirm that it’s always been there in the front. I don’t seem to have any old pics of the reverse view, but it’s probably always been there too. This likely falls into the same category as the Ground Speed and Auto seat heater that people swear weren’t there before an update.

No update at the time I took that photo. My car has always shown the emblem and bumper on the screen.

My Premium has not had the update. Camera view is identical to the OP.

I do wish I could see my front emblem in the forward camera. I sometimes want to see if my pony is still illuminated, being able to check the front camera would be WAY easier
Than stopping the car, getting out, and running around front before the lights turn off.
