Yesterday, we had planned a trip, got into the car, no screen! Totally blank like it was swithed off. The only thing I could get up on the screen was the rear camera when reverse was selected. The car would still drive with all the essential things working but, of course, no navigation or control over heating, or anything else which needed to be accessed from the screen. Tried all the usual things like shutting it all down and staring again but still the same. However, we completed the journey with my wife using the phone to navigate.
On the way back it all came back on, everything working.
This morning it's off again!
Has anyone else had this problem?

If it were me, I would disconnect the battery after confirming the voltage is below 13v or 15 minutes after you turn off the car.

Rebooting, holding volume down and right seek button, usually resolves things.

Many thanks for the advice.
The fault has now cleared again but I did have a chance to plug in my V-Peak while it was there, and all looked to be ok.
When it happens again I will try the reset you recomend, does that include holding in the centre button at the asme time?

The blank Sync screen normally doesn't happen to me. But it did last week while on a drive home. I had to do the reset at a stop sign and then it all came back without any issue.

Volume Down and >| on the steering wheel for about 10 seconds (or until you see the screen change).

Just so you know, you can do a Sync Reset while driving the car. It has no effect on operational electronics. Only navigation/entertainment.

I should have said....."I chose to do the reset at a stop sign." I know it's possible to do it while driving, but I waited until stopped at an intersection to show my wife how you do it.
