Has there been any discussion of the original vehicles with the bluecruise?
We are looking at our original window sticker. The navigation subscription is clearly stated as 3 years. The Bluecruise is not stated as such. So is there any talk of a class action suit on this?

I don't think you have a case since Ford never said it was free for life of the car.

I recall my dealer showing me three Monroney stickers. One “blue cruise” one with complimentary 3 month trial and one 3 year trial. He said the one with just “blue cruise “ means the software is activated but not free. Whether that’s the truth or not I do not know

There's been a lot of discussion on this topic in various threads here, but no one has initiated anything, AFAIK. It's difficult to know whether or not there's a case for it (and obviously there wouldn't be for the more recent model years where is has been explicitly listed).

There have been a few posts about people saying Ford should be sued because they had no idea that they bought vehicles with features that are subscription-based, or are connection-based (like connected navigation). Many of those seem to not be around here anymore, perhaps they sold their vehicles.

I suspect if you contacted an attorney, they'd listen, and then politely decline the suit. You accept all sorts of things when you do the paperwork, and then when you do the FordPass setup and connections.
