After months of Plug and Charge unable to toggle 'ON' state, I decided to deleted/deactivate the free trial on Blue Oval Charging in Connected Services. Support was absolutely no help at all. After deactivation, I proceeded to activate it again. I went through all the steps of activating it and encounter no issue. After the last step is performed by checking the three checkboxes for terms and rules, I proceed to submit. This is where it went down the hill. The entire Blue Oval Charge module is now missing from the connected services page on the website or in the Fordpass app. So, my previous and current problem issues sum up to the following ...
  1. Blue Oval Charging Network module missing
  2. Promotional charge credit missing (original car buyer)
  3. Share Access can't toggle
  4. Plug and Charge can't toggle
I have problem 2 to 4 for more than 2 months without a solution from support. This is getting old.

Well, 11 days later the module decides to return. I am re-activating this sucka again. Let's see what craziness is going to happen next.

Now it got stuck in the activation pending state. With this kind of problem unresolved for months, how can Ford compete with Tesla?

The BlueOval Charge Network is now activated. I am able to share access now. The two BIG problems still remain .:

  1. My promotional EV credit for original car buyer is still MISSING - Gone in Ford blackhole
  2. Can't toggle on "Plug and Charge"
This basically brings me back to the beginning of THREE months ago when I started having this problem. I called supported today and they confirm they escalated my issue to supervisor level two weeks ago. I have not heard a call or seen a fix. Nothing they can do for me now except wait for the lord Ford supervisor to get in touch to me when he/she sees fit.
