I had a sub for BC but due to an expired card on my Ford account, it couldn't process the payment, and it canceled. I've tried to re-activate it repeatedly and after going through the activation process both on the app and the website it shows the "Thank you for your purchase: screen" but then fails to activate. The payment appears as pending on my card (tried 2 different cards, and with points), but never receive the confirmation e-mail. The Connected Services page just shows it as an option to "Activate" again like nothing happened, which is 100% correct.
Logged a ticket with the Connected Services team but no updates for days as it's being escalated. Have a road trip coming up and would really like to have this fixed.
Anyone have a similar issue and managed to rectify it themselves?
