Thanks! I'm going to try a different dealer in the area...as this dealership seems a little uncertain, they said I just need to wait for it to get pushed to my car. I've checked the updates sections, and it says I'm up to date.You need a current map database. Those were pushed to cars a while back. A dealer should be able to update it for you. Without current maps BlueCruise will not work.
EDIT: Also check your setting, under updates and ensure you do not have a pending update for your car.
