Quick follow up. After the dealer update and recent home software updates, I still don’t have BC. ..Would be great for our 5 hour trip this week.
Did you happen to add your car to your Ford pass account before delivery? Remove it from your account and re-add it. Note that you still have to reset up PaaK so don't try this if you don't have a key handyMy car confirms 2.8.3 installed, says BC is available through 10/9/22. Has sync 22095_Product with Revision 421. Ford Pass App also confirms the update was successfully installed. But Connected Services says nothing about BC (used to say coming soon). Car has yet to offer Hands Free in a BC zone. Ford Help Line also confirmed software is installed but Subscription has not been offered to me. Help Line can’t push it to me and said I have to wait for and accept the subscription offer coming in eMail.

My connected services updated stating it has been activated, my maps expiration shows 10-9-22. The car gives the message BC Not Available and I have no lane centering. I have a call with Ford on Tuesday, I suppose it will taken another 5 days at the dealer to figure it out.My car confirms 2.8.3 installed, says BC is available through 10/9/22. BC disappeared from connected services several months ago, about the same time the latest schedule delay was announced.Did you happen to add your car to your Ford pass account before delivery? That sync update revision only applies to early 2021 cars that didn't come with blue cruise. Have you activated your car on your Ford pass account? If so, yours should work right out of the box. Do you at least get hands on lane centering? Do you get the "Blue Cruise not available" message?I just took delivery of my car yesterday and was trying to use BlueCruise on a highway I know it's activated on, and it didn't work. I've done everything according to the ford user guide but still nothing. This thread has gotten me farther than the dealer has...they're just not sure. I'm on Sync Revision 314...so I'm assuming that means I need to go back in and get the update, is that right?
Blue Cruise does show up in my connected services, as a trial until 2025.

You need a current map database. Those were pushed to cars a while back. A dealer should be able to update it for you. On the About Sync section it shows that Hands-Free Driving mode is only available through 14-03-2022. So it looks to have expired. Dealer said I have not yet received the update yet,w hich seemed odd. I have no idea what the issue is...
