BlueCruise stopped working?!?

I'm not sure if it coincided with the last software or hardware update (I was just in for a stop safely now batter failure), but my lane centering and blue cruise are now not working when I turn on cruise control on the highway even though I've confirmed they are turned on in Settings. Anyone else experience this?? My car was purchased May 2021. It does not seem to be part of the TSB 24-2087 for later models

I took delivery 2 weeks ago and since having my first power up software update, Blue Cruise no longer works for me either :/

Same here too ! Anyone has an explanation ? Took it to my dealership, and as usual they have no clue. I came and told the technician that Blue Cruise was not working, he wrote down “cruise control not working”. I said no, Blue cruise. His answer “same thing”…

There is a CMR update (6.13.0) that broke BC for quite a few people. Another CMR update was released to fix it.

Mine broke after 6.13.0, but started working again two days later. I didn't see any notifications about software updates in those two days, so I can't fully explain how it was fixed.

Mine has been broken for 2 weeks. I get the driver side camera fault. I thought I read somewhere that disconnecting the 12v battery lead forces a reset and that has worked for some people but Im worried to try. I also cannot find that post again for some reason.

I dont want to be without my car, especially if Ford dealer cant really do anything about it. Really sucks. This is the first issue Ive had so far. Bought back in Nov 23

Not sure when mine stopped working, but it was fixed yesterday. Other users posted TSB info last week along with the fix.

My BC stopped working in January. Someone reported here that BC had stopped working since December. My BC is working again after the software update last week.

I have FDRS and a Mongoose cable to apply the update you need to fix the issue.
