My Bluetooth/PAAK stopped working a couple of weeks ago so I removed my MachE from my FordPass app, uninstalled, reinstalled the app, and then re-added the VIN back. This fixed the PAAK issue, but then I received this email:
I tried to reactivate it by going to FordPass Vehicle -> Charging -> BlueOval Charge Network, but it says "No Blue Oval Charge Network service found. Please follow the instructions to enroll". After going to Connected Services to enroll, BlueOval Charge Network simply does not show up (the only options are Ford Streaming, Alexa Built-in, Ford Bluecruise, and Connected Built-in Navigation). What gives? I still have 100Kwh remaining of free EA credits, so this is very frustrating. I've talked to a couple of Ford customer service folks already and still doesn't seem like anyone has a clue on how to fix it. Anyone else run into the same issue?
A Master Reset of has taken place, triggering a 14‑day hold on the following Connected Services: BlueOval™ Charge Network: Our network combines multiple charging networks, giving you hassle-free pay-as-you-go access to more than 84,000 public chargers1 - all through a single sign-up - and access is complimentary for three2 years. That includes Electrify America® DC fast chargers, where charging your all-electric vehicle takes minutes, not hours. Plus use the Plug & Charge feature to automatically activate charging by simply plugging into a public charging station. If you'd like to continue these services, simply reactivate your vehicle's FordPass™ Connect using the FordPass App. Without reactivation, services will be canceled at the end of the 14‑day window.
