Boot (trunk) rattle

Anyone noticed a rattle coming from inside the boot? Only happens over rough roads or potholes. Think I’ve established it’s coming from the plastic around the window as shown in the video but not 100% sure. Only had the car a week so not the best…
Anyone else had to deal with it etc?

Hmm yeah that’s the general messaging I’ve seen from this forum. Think it must be a specific issue on this car.

I have something rattling in my vehicle … I realize now due to your post that it might be the trunk trim. I have owned my car for almost two years and have not figured it out yet. Have you contacted Ford? I intend to visit the dealer shortly.

I had a similar rattle in my '22 that the dealer was able to fix.

It was something to do with the latch placement under the door, they were able to adjust it and it's been gone since.

Before it was fixed, I was able to get rid of the noise by putting a small bar towel on both sides of the latch and close the door around it.

I was experiencing more of a "creak" than a rattle from the trunk. It was the adjustable trunk floor shifting about. Fixed it by installing a blanket over the top which tucks down into the gap between the floor and rear seats.
