Bug Reporting?

Is there a bug reporting system that I haven’t heard about? I did a search of the site here and didn't find mention of one. Or do we hope that Ford is monitoring this forum and Facebook looking for problems?

Today I realized that when I turn on the MME, SiriusXM is tuned to Channel 2 even though that wasn’t the channel it was tuned to when I turned off the car. It’s happened several times, but haven’t quite figured out a pattern.

Ford is monitoring this forum, but I would think that the traditional methods of reporting in first person to Ford either through the dealership service channel or the customer service line would net you quicker results.

I have the same issue, but it only started doing that in the past couple of weeks.

Let Ford know so we can more bugs squashed in an OTA.
So pleased they vacuum them up after squashing them.
