Camera Lens Cleaner / Repellant?

Does anyone use a ceramic lens cleaner or repellant to help keep the cameras clean? Or anything that can keep water off, or dirt? Mainly the rear and 360 Cameras. Road spray really gets to them.

Hi Alan, currently I use Rain-X for the rear-camera on my GTPE. For my previous RWD Premium I had Ford's Mud Flaps, which did a got job to prevent dirt on my Rear Camera Lens. I ordered this tim AOSK's Mud Flaps, which I will install on this upcoming weekend. Rain-X didn't helped, like I expected...

I've been using this from Chemical Guys with amazing results. I use it on the windows, mirrors, roof glass, and the cameras. It's like Rain-X on steroids and beads up really well. I've never had a windshield as clean as I have using this. It's expensive, but better than anything else I've found so far even Invisible Glass.

I just bought this based on Mindee's recommendation, and it makes your window glass GLEAM. I haven't been out in the rain with it yet, but by the way the wind is kicking up, I might get to try it today. I used it on all of the windows/windshields and the side mirrors. Looking forward to seeing how well it repels, but I can tell you it cleans excellently.

It beads up really well and slides off! It helped with all the cameras, too. Water still got on them a little worse than the windshield does due to being small and their location, but I did notice a difference. Glad you like it! ?

I’m going to try it, but when I read about it in reviews looks like people say it leaves a hazy film, has anyone experienced that?

I haven't experienced it on the 3 vehicles I've used it on. They probably didn't use a clean, dry microfiber towel to wipe it down really well after using a different towel to wipe the spray/wet. Not sure what would cause it other than that.

It's also great for your inside and outside mirrors, the cameras, and the headlights. I have a matte tempered glass protector on the main and smaller screens to cut down on glare, so I used it there too. Clean the inside and the outside of all your windows. Get a good spray on, rub it in (clean it) with one microfiber towel, and then use a different clean and dry microfiber towel to polish it clean. It's expensive, but like John said above it really makes them gleam.

I got some and put it on today, inside and outside of all windows and mirrors. It wasn’t very sunny or rainy so I don’t know how I like it yet, but so far, so good. It was really easy to use.

I also bought it, but was too lazy to apply it yesterday. It says on the instructions to apply with one side of the microfiber towel, then use the other side to wipe the haziness. These reviewers probably don’t read the instructions.

I, on the other hand, would thoroughly read the instructions and end up not applying it .

When I ceramic coated the car I also did it to the front and rear camera. I just now realized I forgot the ones under the mirrors. (brb)
so far it has worked well here in Seattle WA.
