Cannot set schedule for Securialert

The securialert feature seems like a good idea. However, I can only enable/disable it, but not set a time schedule on it. Whenever I press on schedule (over the past 2-3 months when the feature arrived), the app says FordPass isn't currently available. Very frustrating because it reports door openings during the day when I get into the car.

Anyone else have the same problem of scheduling not available?
