Can't Add Charging Location

I went on vacation for a couple of weeks. Prior I had my home charging location set up with preferences. Upon return, my charging location no longer exists in the App. I tried to set preferred charge times and begin setup, but there are no saved locations or previous locations. I have a completed charge from yesterday, but the location still doesn't show up. Anyone else have this issue? I read through a number of threads with suggstions to resolve, but none have seemed to work. Any suggestions? Why is there no option to manually add a charge location? Note I am using a JuiceBox 40 at my home. Also, integration with 3rd party chargers is lacking. I chose the JuiceBox because my utility has discounts for off-peak charging and only supports JuiceBox or Checkpoint.

You lost it due to an update. You cannot manually add locations, you must charge at least for a few minutes at each.

You may need to start the car, and let it finish an update.

You need to unplug, then plug in. Charge for a few minutes.
Then, unplug. Now, try and convert the location to a saved location, set hours and charge limit.
Now, plug in again.

I'll try again tonight.
It would be nice for the 3rd party chargers to be supported in the ford app, integrating the settings, knowing state of charge, etc. It's likely a more indstry wide issue requiring standardization of API's.

Same problem. The car refuses to recognize that it's at Home. I tried deleting my home location and hoped to add a new one but after several attempts now, the car won't give me an option to add a location.

It's asinine that Ford's engineers failed to include the ability to have a simple master charge limit setting. Having all charge limits tied to specific addresses but no charge limit for no address is bizarre at best.

@Ford Motor Company consider me and @EssJayKay as submitting multiple bug reports on this.

I plugged it in again today and it finally recognized my home again.

I have a new-to-me 2021 Mach-E Select and as I've been setting it up ran into this. I'm charging at home but the car showed no locations listed. But I couldn't add a location!. I unplugged, plugged in, still no.

This finally worked: In the FordPass app, it did have my home as a location. I deleted it in the app, then re-added it in the app and everything worked. The one remaining confusion was that the "Save" (or "Add" or whatever) button was grayed out... until I scrolled up and filled in the location name.
