Can't adjust temperature on Climate Start

When I choose climate start and try to change the temperature to warmer. It does nothing despite sliding the temperature all the way up. Stays on cold with ventilated seats running. Hyundai's remote start was so much better. You actually chose between summer or winter options when starting instead of having to start and then adjust temperature, which would be less of a concern if it actually worked, but still an extra step.

I don’t know when things changed, but I can’t control anything after a climate start now. Steering wheel heat is always on, driver’s seat on high, temp at 72 regardless of what I input into the app.
It worked last winter.

I can slide up from the bottom to get to the controls after clicking on climate start. But when I make the changes, nothing happens. If I hide the tools and slide them back up, it's right back to where it started. So no changes show in the app nor happen in the car. I don't understand why they don't have an option in the app to choose the settings before hitting climate start. Again, it worked great in my old Santa Fe with the options of winter or summer start (which you could customize).

It's really frustrating because it's making climate start useless.

On my 24 MME I don't even have the option to adjust the temperature or heated seats. I have an IPhone and the latest version of the Ford app.

No issues on my end adjusting the temperature in the iphone app or adjusting the seat or steering wheel intensity.

Same. Disappointing waiting for this for over a year. Remember reading about some forum members getting this last year around the same time I got my 2024 GT.

For me it doesn't matter that I have the option since it doesn't actually work

Strange, my daughter has a 23 MME Select, works great for her. She is the one that told me about it.

Yeah, it really is quite frustrating, because it makes climate start when it's cold out completely useless. I wish they'd just have different options for remote/climate start like my Santa Fe did. You either chose winter or summer (which you could customize).
