Car doesn't show the right user

My 24 has two users, me and my wife.
Both have been linked to our individual key fobs and phones.
Often, when I get in, while out by myself, it will show her as the user after the next start up.
I unlinked my phone and key fob and redid but still having the issue.
Is this widespread?

This has been an issue for a lot of people. You can always select the correct profile with the buttons on the driver door.

I had this issue, and it wasn't from any fob/phone confusion. There were times where I would get in the car, drive to a store and go shopping, then come back out to my car with only my fob and phone anywhere near the car, and it would be in my wife's profile. That was annoying because I'm almost a foot taller than her, so I wouldn't be able to get in the seat until I switched profiles.

Ultimately, I just removed her profile, since it is my car, and she only drives it a couple of times a year. Might be worth searching the forums here to see if anybody has come up with a more permanent fix...

You described my issue exactly. I drove a mile and a half from home, in my profile. Turned off the car, got back in and it was set for my wife.
I will just push the button, she doesn't drive it much but she is very particular on her settings and favorite radio stations.

I had the same issue. I just unlinked phone and fob and left it at that. Just use the buttons.

Tall me shorter wife same issue.
It works as expected 7 out of 10 times.
I have not seen a pattern that I can replicate.
Hoping one of the next updates fixes it.
I have not gotten an update in months?

Love the car.

For my wife and me, it seems like it just uses the last driver's settings. My wife commutes to work in it, I drive it on the weekends, so changing drivers happens twice a week, unless we break that routine (happens now & then).

2021 job 2 premium ER, still waiting for Blue Cruise updates...
