Car keeps honking at me

Been using Paak since day one(about 4 months). In the last 3-4 weeks whenever I start car the car, it has been honking like I left the car with it still on, except I’m still sitting in the drivers seat. Did not have this problem when I first got the car. Before I would just get the no key detected warning, now I get the warning plus the honking. Anybody else having this issue?

Yeah, that's when my coupe would do it IIRC. If I left the car running by accident, when I would start it later it would honk. Took me a while to realize what was happening. Then I started remembering to turn it off

Yeah, I would say it happens 20 percent of the time. Never happened when I first got the car. I don’t know if it’s coincidence but it seemed to start when I got these power up updates.

No, lights are on auto like always. It is not a user error, it is an issue with the car. It’s the double honk to let you know you left the car with the key and the car is still on except I have the key and am sitting in the drivers seat. It happens right after I start the car. It started right after the first power up update.

Same issue BEGAN when I started using PAAK again. My iPhone 12pro PAAK now has a delay of 3-5 seconds after the welcome lights before door will open. Car starts and drives but 'NO KEY DETECTED' warning comes and goes!!

Lights always on Auto. I do not forget to turn OFF car. Horn Honk disabled in Alarm settings!

NOW, with car on, sitting in the drivers seat, when my son gets in/out of the passenger door the car honks twice and it is irritating and embarrassing. Makes me want to go back to the FOB Key.

How can such a big co. like Ford not take the software more seriously. I'm close to giving up and going back to Tesla.
