Thanks I am really trying to figure out what happened. Wandering if it is possible for one peddle to disengage after hard breaking.
If your braking was enough to cause the ABS to activate, it will feel like you lost 1PD. I don’t know enough to say whether or not that’s a factor in your case, but I’ve had it happen to me and the sensation was that I lost braking and it felt like the car sped up. Since you had already come to a complete stop, (are you sure you did?) I wouldn’t think this was your problem, but I thought it worth mentioning.

Resume from zero or low speeds needs some built in precautions.

But still doesn’t make sense why it would give the delayed warnings after I had already brought car to a stop using the brake, why would it move when the car in front of me was still completely stopped.
I swear I didn’t even want to post in here because I know it’s usually a matter of driver error. I’m ok being wrong but I more importantly I want to figure out what happened. Can the dealership pull data?
Assuming that what you've described is what actually happened (I'm not being snarky; I recognizing that in an emergency situation we don't always know what we actually did), then AFAIK there is no normal operation of the vehicle that would result in what you experienced. You could hit cruise control but the car wouldn't lunge forward and hit the car in front of it. I've had accidental cruise control activation that caused the car to speed up unexpectedly, but that was because the car in front turned out of the intersection so my car suddenly tried to speed up to match the 15 MPH set-speed. But in your car there was still a stopped car in front of you, so this isn't what happened. Given all this, I think you car malfunctioned. Can the dealership pull the data? AFAIK they cannot. But Ford can, though I think I read that the police need to request it. What the dealership can do is see if your car has the configuration mentioned here that could result in the car lunging forward. If it does, that would be the smoking gun. If it doesn't, then I'd say you should ask Ford (call their customer service and ask for the BEV team) for the data. They should be able to tell you how to get it.

I'm genuinely curious (not being a smart ass)

Why? That's not in any instructions provided by the car. The car is expected to stay stopped with one pedal engaged and not pushing the accelerator. You can even put the car in park without pressing the brake as the car is braking for you already.

What benefit is using two pedals while already stopped when using one pedal mode?
I wasn’t using blue cruise. This was on a surface street. Was going through an intersection, and the driver in front of me stopped, because the car in front of her was making an illegal left hand turn into a fast food restaurant. The car in front remained at a complete stop. If I had of accidentally hit the adaptive cruise control button would it engage with a stopped car in front of me?

Will the dealership be able to pull data? Wish I had not moved the car. But my rear was in the intersection still.
While waiting on police I sent ford a feedback message.

Adding a picture of vehicle that was stopped in front of me after accident. Wasn’t at any speed.
Thanks for the feedback I have so much faith that electric cars are safer than ICE’s. I am really trying to figure out what happened.

Update currently at dealership waiting for them to check out. Called BEV team before I arrived. Customer support started reading off so many errors I wasn’t fast enough to write them all down: proximity error, circuit control error BCA, power error, control module error, camera module error and lost communication with ECM error.

Those errors are likely due to the collision.

Thank you. Dealer update-There was a technical service bulletin "1 pedal drive fault- dealer pushed update and gave me Ford Legal and escalation information. I just want my car fixed and to know that it is safe to drive. Will not be using 1 peddle assist.
