I plugged my car in last night to charge. I also charged it to 100% because I was supposed to go on a road trip today. The car won't start and says to stop safely now. I assume the 12v is on the fritz. I've had issues in the past but after removing PAAK and moving the key fob further away from the car I haven't had any issues. My Account says it's at 100%. Did they switch that over to not showing the 12v battery status?

I'm really getting sick of this issue. This is the 3rd or 4th time. I thought it was fixed because the last time it happened was many many months ago.

If your doors open and the displays come on, you have at least enough 12V to do those things.

You could rule it out by connecting a charger to the 12V connection points in the frunk, and let it sit for a while.

Seems like you may have another problem though. The recent low 12V problems was locking people out of the vehicle entirely.

Just a wild guess at some help: Could disconnecting the 12v leads for 10 min help - and or possibly pulling the Service Disconnect to the high volt battery for some time help rest things?

Some of the issues like this can be corrected by disconnecting the 12V battery for a while (10-15 minutes) and reconnecting it. I would start with that first. ??

Try This First - Powertrain Malfunction / High-Voltage Battery Warning / Service Vehicle Soon While Charging

Try above, followed by 12V disconnect if that doesn't work.

"System Off to Save Battery" means the 12V battery is low (<50%). With Stop Safely Now, the 12V battery may not be recharged.

If you want to know the cause of the stop safely now, you should send me your VIN (I can check).
