Could be, I will look at it more closely, but I have experienced this momentary sticking at one time or another, on all of my past EVs, PHEVs, just rust, not anything more complicated.

That’s correct. Normally, it clears up almost immediately when driving. The TSB is for those who continue to hear noise after it breaks loose - pad material remains stuck to the rotor.

I just took it for a brief spin. Noise was very noticeable but after one brake application was completely gone.
