I have spent multiple hours on the phone with Ford and taken my car to two different dealers trying to get the OS returned to the original like I purchased. My problem is that every other Ford I have, including others with the Sync 4 you can see multiple things on the main screen but with the Mach E you can only see one and it has the largest screen. I feel I have been robbed because when I purchased the car it had this feature, and they took it away. That to me just does not sit well. I am currently exploring a DVL and if that does not work, I will move to the Buy Back Program.
Pretty wild reason to do a buyback. I doubt they'd honor that.

So, you are good with a manufacturer taking away a feature you paid for? My problem is that Ford has made the car less safe. Instead of just glancing I now must take my hands off the wheel and touch the icon then let it load then glance again to see the information and then switch back to the Map which I use almost 100% of the time because every trip I take is a new destination and I use the navigation. If the screen was the way it is now I would have not purchased the car.

You paid specifically for a user interface? I mean, it's inconvenient for some people, but I wouldn't call it unsafe at all and I doubt Ford would agree. Seems unreasonable to me, but you do you, hopefully you get what you want.

Yes the user interface was included in the purchase price and they took it away.

I think that's a matter of semantics but it's not a material change that makes the car undriveable or prevents you from driving it.
