Center Screen Rattle

I just picked up a new to me 2023 MME GTPE from a lease trade, and will have it around 15 months till I need to give it back. However when driving, I noticed there is a slight rattle coming from the center screen. I thought it was orignally the water bottles, however by putting some pressure on the center screen I noticed the rattle going away. I was thinking of putting something between the dash and the screen (like a small piece of foam), however I am just thinking something is just loose or rubbing. Does anyone have the service manual on how to take apart the screen area?
