Same issue 4 days ago on my 19-1-22 Mach E X
Checked my App, charge had stopped on my Zappi and also on the Zappi the front was lit red and not blue, went to unplug the car and was unable as it wouldn’t release , entered the car, switched the ign on and a showing of a yellow cable and a spanner either side of the handbrake sign as well as a service required warning, went to the plug and this time I was able to be releasE it also prior to releasing it the charge indicator was lit orange, left it 2 hours and same again but this time no spanner light, now regularly I try to charge, the plug releases , the charge light are white and still my Zappi charger is showing red with no fault codes.
My voice activation also comes on regularly without me talking and touching nothing wheel.
I also get very loud creaking from the OSF when pulling away.
Spoke to the MACH E technical department and am awaiting a booking into a Ford dealershi, will keep you updated.

I think it is related to the new software and is not unique to the Mach E.

After I came home from an event today in my Lightning, I started it charging and it shut off -- Charge Fault. I went out, checked the truck and found a red charging ring. Charger worked fine on the Mach E. Tried again on the Lightning, red ring. I tried to turn the Lightning on to cycle things and was greeted with Stop Now Safely and it wouldn't start (only went into Full Accessory). I let the truck sit about 10 minutes and it would start but still wouldn't charge. I turned off the charging schedule and charging started fine. I'm still using my ClipperCreek dumb charger, so the error is definitely on the truck's end.
Hi there, Mark. Will you send us a message with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into things on my end.

Interesting. Same exact thing happened to me yesterday while L2 charging in my garage with the mobile charger. Car is fine now. Wrench disappeared at the next restart.
this same 5hing happened to me last night. Level 2 charging then charge fault the Powertrain malfunction and electric Powertrain fault. was able to start it and drive 20 mins home turned off and fault icons disappeared. Charging fine in garage now.
hope was just a glitch
