Charge flap - adjustable?

My electric filler flap or whatever it's called is a bit out of alignment as you can see by attached pic. Just needs moving left a bit, or shortening the hinge if you like.
Does anyone know how it's attached or if it could be adjusted?

The painted cover slides onto the plastic mount. Take it to the dealer, they should adjust it in minutes.

Or you could slide it toward the hinge yourself. It has a little detent and a spring loaded lever that should lock it in correct position. It looks like the lever and detent are not engaged with each other. ?‍?

Thank you. I have tried to carefully push it to make sure it was clicked in to the hinge part and it did seem to be.
Will try again tomorrow with this extra info.

Here's why I said to go to the dealership. They've done these many times. If they break something, or chip the paint, it's on them.

Perhaps you have a good dealer. My local is a 5 week wait to book in and not particularly helpful when it's there. So simple things I'll take the risk on and sort myself.
