Around here, anything above 40° will cause throttling. Garage temps in the 30s seem to allow full 40 amp (or about 9KW) rates.

I agree. The cooler my garage gets, the longer I charge at full rate before it starts deprecating. I’m up to about 2 hours at full rate now. In the summer, it would drop in just a few minutes.
