Yep. No idle fees keeping over-runners in check.

Although having said that, it also bugs me when idle fees aren't time adjusted to skip nights. Idle fees should be turned off from like 10pm-8am.

The turds ruin free charging for those of us who are not turds. And there are many turds out there. Some are dry and crusty, and some are new and fresh. And they believe they are entitled to put their car in a charging space whether it is charging or not.

The most common turd is the turd who fails to move his car when it is finished charging. That is the dry, crusty turd. The fresh turd is the guy who parks his Tesla in a charging space but doesn't even plug in. I guess he feels that is his parking space because he drives a Tesla.
