When charging my mach e at home, I have it set to charge to 90%. When I look at the Ford Pass app and the mach e gets to 90% it will say charge paused at the bottom of the app instead of charge stopped. Is this normal? Once the charge is paused, the charge to 100% button will not work. I have a 22 Mach e GT/PE and use the Ford supplied charger on a 240 outlet.

The message I get on the bottom of the Fordpass App is “ Charge Complete”. When I click on the “details” button to the right of the message, it brings me to the “charge to 100%” option. i never get a charge paused option. I’m using a Grizzl-e classic charger.

Works the same for me using ChargePoint Home Flex. Had trouble saving a charge location via the app but worked fine once I set it up directly in the car.

I have a Bosch Charger (hand-me-down). I set mine to charge to 80% and set midnight to 6 am hours (and signed up with PG&E for an EV rate plan).
This morning I checked it and it did not charge at all!!
I’m sure it’s user error for me…back to the manual and watching videos.
