Hi,
I noticed my charging detail on the FordPass disappeared so I couldn't see the charging process or change the charging percentage to 100%. I was able to get it back when I deleted the vehicle from the FordPass app and re-connected it. If this happened to you, make sure you're in the car when reconnecting because you have to click on the connection link on the display. It felt like a glitch in the matrix. Lots of glitchy issues with the Sync system compared to my experience with my Bolt a few years back. Still love the Mach-e!
