Missing compass

I am missing the compass on the instrument panel doesn’t show up unless if you do a hard reset of the radio please advise ford dealership could not figure it out. @Ford Motor Company

I’m going to add to this it’s saying the back seatbelt is buckled, but it’s not and there’s no one sitting in it
