Hope that fixes it, you mentioned you have it set up in manual. I'm just wondering if it's a conflict with the octopus trying to control the charge while your car is too. Since it works at other places it almost certainly has to be the octopus. Just curious, any friends with an ev couldtry charging at your place?

We’ve been giving people free charges ? That was making it more frustrating for us!

That's the ohme app.

You need to be using the octopus app and have the car set up in there.

we were told to delete the octopus app and to use the ohme app but clearly this was the wrong way round.
i wish I’d joined this forum months ago, it would have saved a lot of stress and heartache.

You should keep them all to keep an eye on things if you ever need to, but Octopus is the boss and tells the car and charger when to charge and when to wait.

Glad you sorted the problem. I was going to suggest you delete the ohm app. I had similar problem when I first started a few years ago with my Zappi & Ford app allowing Octopus to control the car. Eventually the Ford app although compatible Octopus didn’t have the rights & the Ford was blocking the charge.
Now I set the charge in car or Ford app to required charge & set Zappi to be controlled by Octopus.

Since then no problems for nearly 3 yrs touch wood
