Charging more than 91 kwh?

Right. It's not just the power usage, it's that it's saying it's charging over 90 kwh, which isn't possible, unless it's somehow draining and recharging the battery while it's plugged in. It sounds like the most likely answer is that the app just isn't very good at tracking the actual kwh charged. What does your app look like?

The FP app will never be accurate as the best it can do is display electricity that it is receiving. It can't show the total electricity consumed during charging since there is always a loss during the transmission.
If you want to accurately track the use of electricity, install an EVSE similar to what I have(Autel Maxicharger) that documents a running total of electricity that you will pay for.
