I think the average road trip stop takes much longer than this. Try timing it sometime. It takes 12-15 minutes just for fuel, then add bio break/coffee on top.

In an ICE vehicle, nobody takes 12-15 mins just to fuel up and then add additional time for going inside the store.

There’s a lot of data out there on gas station and rest stop dwell times. Road trip gas station stops are about 12-15 minutes. This includes both the time to pump gas (3-5 mins) and the time inside the store to use the bathroom and buy something (7-12 mins).
