Hi all. I've noticed that the charging data in the Fordpass app don't seem to be accurate or make any sense. When I plugged in yesterday I was in the low 70% on the battery so the charge session that brought me to 85% added 40 some miles of range. But the details show only 3 miles added, and it's showing that it added over 95 kWh, which is more than the battery even holds.

I'm assuming the app is just bugged? Seems obvious that this might be the case but I just got the car so I am somewhat worried about getting an enormous electric bill because of some malfunction with the charger. There's no way it's actually dumping this energy somewhere, right?

Is it making a humming noise after it is done charging?

There seems to be a bug with some 2023s where it seems to keep on charging, but isn't. Ford is aware of it. But your "3 miles" thing is just FordPass being FordPass.

What matters is Energy Added, and that looks off, since you added more energy than the car can hold...
