This has been widely discussed. Ford app does not show it. Manual does show it, for all years.
It’s in the Ford App on the Maintenance page under Service Planner when you click on the next recommended service. Just had mine done yesterday at 70,000 miles.

Why did you even have the brake fluid changed? That isn’t in the scheduled maintenance is it?
Correct thing to do as an additional operation during servicing.

Just picked up my 2021 MME Premium from the dealer after 40,000 mile service. They flushed the brake fluid and when I picked up the car there is a "Check Brake System" error that popped up which I cleared. Turning off and starting the car again returned the same error with an additional "Parking Brake Off" message which also clears. Is this normal behavior for some time after this service or do I need to return to the dealer? Tried to search the forum but couldn't find any similar experiences following fluid service specifically. Thank you!!
Oh, dear, it’s not something you should be seeing.

Really sorry to hear you were exposed to this poor service.

Also that they are unable to put right a problem they left you with using the excuse they don’t have an EV tech available when this is not a HV matter is wholly unacceptable in my view.

All you need to tell them is what you see, which is not a DTC suggested elsewhere as you’d need a diagnostic tool or scanner to find that, nor do you need to tell them what you think they did to case this.

In my experience the more you become involved in attempting to steer their diagnosis increases the risk that they may attempt blaming you for bad diagnosis when/if they get it wrong again!

You only need to tell ‘em the symptoms you see or experience, it’s up to them to figure it out.

Can’t somebody on here from Ford take this up and resolve it, like NOW, for Alderkn007.

Alderon007 paid to be serviced so service him god dammit!

Just Fyi... if you use One Pedal mode exclusively, you'll never need brake service because the brakes are not used. I use One Pedal mode exclusively and I love it.
However, its good to use the brakes on occasion, maybe once a week on a moderate city drive to prevent or reduce rust on the rotors which occurs from rain and/or humidity.
😂😂😂😂😂😂

Though it’s not the use of brakes which causes the fluid to wear but the effects of time during which the hygroscopic fluid absorbs moisture and deteriorates.

OPD is just the very best think, is my own opinion, luvvvvit!

Which is hilarious because if you login into ford.com and see what the 70,000 mile checkup entails it mentions nothing about a brake fluid changes.

Thank god our Mach-E's come equipped with an intelligent oil life monitor though. Fords incompetence never ceases to amaze me.

This is not correct. All modes use regen, and all modes would result in the same brake pad wear.

To clean the rotors, shift to N, apply brake pedal.

I heard they were going to make a model without brakes and one pedal mode only for all of you folks that think brakes are never used in one pedal mode.

just picked up the car. The dealer said that the tech overfilled the brake fluid, which is what was causing the error. Everything looks to be in working order. So happy to be back in my car! Appreciate everyone that weighed in wishing all of you a very happy holiday and new year.

That is utterly ridiculous! 🤣 You are being lied to, period. I'm glad you have your car back, but you seriously need to find a new dealer, unless you like how you've been treated.
