A month or so ago, Marlin started this. When the hatch reaches full open we get the dee-doo-dee-doo-dee-doo. Of course, we get the closing sound when we start to close, too.

I’ve heard random chimes on two occasions when I parked. I just rotated the headlamps to off and back to auto and they went away for me both times. Worth a try if you haven’t.
I've tried this and it stops the sound for a while, then the sound comes back.

What we need is a C3PO to translate what R2D2 is telling us!

Mine chimes twice after driving down half the length of the parking ramp. Always in the same spot. I feel like he’s flirting with the neighbor’s blue Range Rover.
I like your hypothesis better, but you're probably hearing a myTrends™ destination prediction.

Try having the native navigation app open before you get to that ramp so you can confirm. You can also disable myTrends from within navigation settings, though there's a bug on my car at least where it turns itself back on on the next drive. ?

I had a first for a headlight switch bug. It usually happens some time when I am driving and I get the chimes when I turn the car off. This one time I walked up to the car and opened the door. When I sat down, my garage became lit up by the headlights and the chimes started. The only thing I can think of that may have caused this incidence is communication between the PaaK and the car since all I did was get into the driver’s seat. Just oddball weirdness with the headlight switch. I wonder if the Exploder switch I have will work with the MME and if it suffers the same issue. ??

Thank you! I disabled it. We’ll see if it restarts itself.
