Cold weather yellow light fault indcator

Apologies if this has been covered already somewhere. In extreme cold weather our outdoor ford charging station light goes from blue to yellow and indicates a fault and stops charging car. Anyone know what this is and how to fix? Only seems to happen in very cold temperatures. Ty

All yellow means “Fault - requires troubleshooting.” It will likely need to be replaced. I hope it’s still under warranty.
