Come on Ford Pass

Opened FordPass this morning and the picture of my MME was that of a Maverick (both cars are in my FordPass). My Maverick was still shown as a Maverick. smh

Ford Pass is a cruel joke. In the last 60 days every time I try to adjust charging parameters on Ford Pass, it gives me the message" Sorry, Ford Pass is Not Responding, try again later." Fortunately I can still adjust charging parameters using the vehicle entry screen. However, it is annoying. I have this old fashion notion that things should work. Of course I could call the dealer for help but they will just direct me to the Ford Pass support number. The dealer is useless when it comes to things like this.
I have talked to the Ford Pass support folks in the past and I found the experience to be somewhat lacking. Their cure for everything seems to be to dump the app. and reinstall.

We have 2 MachE's...Grabber Blue and Cyber Orange (both 23 GT). Only the blue one shows a picture, I have never seen a picture of the orange one in the app.

Had the same problem. The way I fixed it was to reboot the phone entirely. Clear ram (you can look up how to do this for your particular phone) and it seemed to clear the issue for me. This also happened to me after updating my phone so there is something in the app that is either a memory leak or just has a hard time re-establishing connection once severed. The last choice would be to delete and reinstall the app all-together. Hope this helps a bit.
